Whether you’re working toward personal growth, performance goals, or stress relief, you’ll receive expert guidance from your hypnotist through a private and secure session via Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp, or phone.
Why Virtual Hypnosis Works
Many clients find virtual sessions even more relaxing than coming into the office. You’re in your own space, on your own time — which allows you to let go and focus fully on your goals. Hypnosis works by calming the conscious mind and opening access to your subconscious, and virtual sessions are equally effective in creating that shift.
What to Expect
Each session is 50 minutes. Here’s what the process looks like:

We’ll start with a conversation about what you want to work on — whether that’s confidence, anxiety, focus, or habit change. Your hypnotist will guide the session based on your goals.

You’ll be guided into a relaxed, focused state, where your subconscious mind is more open to positive change. You’ll be mentally aware but physically relaxed — a natural state that feels peaceful and clear.

Your hypnotist will offer carefully chosen suggestions to help you release old patterns and reinforce the beliefs and behaviors you want to strengthen.

You’ll emerge refreshed and focused, with a short debrief and discussion of next steps.
Getting Ready for Your Session
To get the most out of your virtual session:

Use a laptop or tablet when possible for better sound and stability.

Wear headphones or use a hands-free headset (avoid speakerphone).

Choose a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed.

Silence notifications on your devices.

We’ll send a Zoom link or confirm your preferred method the day of your session.
How Many Sessions Do I Need?
While every client is unique, we typically recommend a minimum of three sessions to begin creating lasting change. Research shows it takes at least 21 days to reinforce new habits and patterns — and hypnosis accelerates this process. We’ll personalize your schedule to fit your goals.
